இந்த பாடலை ஒவ்வொரு வரும் எழுதி வைத்து கொள்ளுங்கள், எக்காலத்திலும் உதவும்,

இந்த ஒரே ஒரு பாட்டை கேளுங்க!! எல்லா நோய்க்கும் பதில் தரும் ஆச்சரியத்தை பாருங்க!!

ஆங்கில மருத்துவம் வந்ததற்குப் பின் நமது இயற்கை மருத்துவத்தை மிக சாதரணமாக எடைப் போட்டு விட்டோம். . ஆனால் இப்போது வந்துள்ள நவீன மருத்துவத்திற்கு முன்னோடி நமது சித்தர்களும், பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவர்களும்தான். எந்த வித தொழில் நுட்பம் இல்லாமலேயே பல நோய்களுக்கு மருந்துகளை கண்டுபிடித்து குணமாக்கியவர்கள். தொப்புள் கொடியில் இருக்கும் ஸ்டெம் செல் புற்று நோய் முதல் பல மோசமான நோய்களைத் தீர்க்கும் என மிகச் சமீபமாகத்தான் கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளனர்.

ஆனால் நம் முன்னோர்கள் அந்த காலத்திலேயே தொப்புள் கொடியை பத்திரப்படுத்தி நோய்களுக்கு மருந்தாக்கினர். காலப்போக்கில் அது மருவி வெறும் தொப்புள் கொடியை தாயத்து கட்டி கயிற்றில் கட்டும் சடங்காக மட்டும் இது மாறிப்போனது.

It would be great if someone can write the English names of the herbal products and ailments mentioned along with pictures of the herbs and any links. Personally, I have benefited from Fenugreek (Menthium) and Oomam / ஓமம் (for digestion, GERD) and lots of ginger (yes, I take 4 Oz a day - juice from 4 Oz of raw ginger mixed with other juices) that seemed to have helped me with an illness known as ME / CFS (Myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome) (There are no bio-markers and treatment for this illness and hence this is my educated guess).
Make sure you know the correct name when you post since others might use it. When I checked ஓமம் with Google translate, it came up with Basil which looks like not the correct one. I have seen துளசி being translated as Holy Basil.

ஓமம் is Trachyspermum ammi

Ajwain, ajowan (/ˈædʒəwɒn/), or Trachyspermum ammi—also known as ajowan caraway, bishop's weed, or carom—is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae (or Umbelliferae). Both the leaves and the seed‑like fruit (often mistakenly called seeds) of the plant are consumed by humans.

துளசி is part of Basil family and is called Holy Basil.
