Think or sink!

i once saw a housewife with the intravenous connection in her left hand closed by a stopper.

I shuddered even now at the thought of the one I was forced to keep on for 4 days until the hand got swollen like a pillow.

Later I saw a child with the same type of inserted needed closed by just a stopper playing with the other kids.

She also went to school as usual with this stopper and needle.

WHAT IF the stopper gets opened by a mistake or a folly or out of curiosity???
Before she can call for help the blood in the body will siphon out. :scared:

Ignorance may be bliss but is ignorance safe??? :shocked:
 
An eminent man was getting blood transfusion.

His wife is well educated and intelligent.

Yet when the connection got detached and

the blood from the bottle and from his body

both filled a basin kept by the bedside

she was not around to save him! :(

No point is getting up early and finishing the pooja early -

planning to visit some friends who had invited for Kolu.

They are not at all in a hurry and will be doing the puja.

We will be made to wait for eternity -

if we turn up withut calling them on phone first.

When one dissects words..one can learn a lot about ourselves.

For example the word Hari means one who removes / one who unties(harati) the knots of material desire.


Hara also means "taking away/removing"

So both Hari and Hara technically have the same function..that is to Remove ..Harati.

But yet the devotees of Hari and Hara do not see eye to eye.

Hara lives in the heart of Hari and Hari is the favorite of Hara.

It is only the short sighted people used to dissecting everything

that see diversity in their unity and try to spread hatred and contempt.

Dear Renu,

When my second son was born, my husband got a job in Vizag - mostly Telugu speaking area. in Hyderabad we can manage with Hindi but in Vizag we needed a working knowledge Telugu also to communicate properly.

My mother arranged an old master for a few months to teach me Telugu. My elder son was ~ 3 years old at that time. He would sit and listen to me reading from a book the Telugu words.

One day I was reading a list of words to which an ending of mu was added to convert them from Tamil words to Telugu.

eg: deepam - deepamu, netram- netramu, raktham rakthamu and so on.

When my son saw the picture of a train he said loudly with an all knowing smile "koovaNdi - koovaNdimu!"

We laughed until we almost split our sides! :rofl:
 
Ha Ha Ha....reminds me of the Vivek comedy scene where he acts as a Vasthu Shastra expert and speaks in Telugu.

His assistant wonders how he knows Telugu and Vivek said he adds mu and lu to each word he speaks! thats all!

He is mostly correct Renu! :thumb:
with neer becoming neelu
haal necoming haalu
and paal becoming paalu! :)
 
I have felt the domination of the vallinam (ka, cha, da, tha, pa, ra) in Telugu

and the domination of Mellinam (nga, jna, Na, na, ma, na) in Malayaalam

and the domination of the Idaiyinam (ya, ra, la, va, zha, La) in Tamil.

So even normal talk will sound like fighting in Telugu and

even fighting will sound like normal talk in Malayaalam.

In Tamil Normal talk will sound like normal talk it really is! :)
 
How does one make Morargin a precious commodity? :confused:

By not being able to fill even the 50 m.l. container

needed for complete microscopic examination.

P.S.

Morargin is the first sample of human irrigation system

after waking up from sleep in the morning :rolleyes:
