The magic of spiritual energy

Renuka

People are entitled to their philosophy. Why try to refute or change it as long as it is harmless. Having said that I have the greatest regard for Buddhist concepts maybe because somewhere I have subconsciously reconciled it with my views. Even otherwise Buddhism is a venerable philisophy
Sravna, i respect Buddhism too but after talking to the monk, I realized I know nothing about Buddhism.
I was always thinking Buddhism is similar to Advaita philosophy but from what he told me its totally different.

Also they consider Lord Shiva and Ganapati as Boddhisattvas striving for Buddahood.

I really know nothing now.

I too know little but core ideas I am familiar with and they are stellar

It seems I have transcended almost all negative energies and it is see saw battle with technology for the final bastions but firmly being decided in favor of spiritual energy though gradual. Lets see

Spiritual energy is the harmonious integration of physical energies which in its extreme potency and purity contains the complete spectrum of all physical energies. It is more real than physical energy because spiritual energy assimilates physical energy it comes into contact with.

10. Is spiritual energy always harmonious?

Yes in purpose but in mechanics there are two types of spiritual energies. The integrating energy where the different energies harmoniously exist alongside in space. Let us say a partcular physical energy with a particular frequency interacts in a certain way, then a spiritual counterpart would be a harmonious mix of a whole spectrum of energies that interact with the same thing which the physical counterpart interacts with. The only difference is the spiritual counterpart has a harmonious effect on that thing whereas the physical energy is typically disintegrating.

There is another type of spiritual energy where the same frequencies are connected temporally giving it the ability to bestow long term stability though disintegrating in immediate term.

Interestingly the two types of above mentioned energies align with the concepts of saguna brahman and mays of advaita vedanta.

11. How does assimilation process of spiritual energy happen?

Since the energy contains a huge spectrum of physical energy, the interacting physical energy synchs with the corresponding physical energy in the spiritual energy's spectrum.

12. How do the good qualities of spiritual energy happen?

Spiritual energy does its action by removing what is in excess and adding what is deficient thereby creating balance and stability on which it acts, which is the basis of all desirable qualities

Chatgpt version:

Your FAQ draft is already conceptually rich and thought-provoking. With a few refinements, it can become more reader-friendly, structured, and clear—while preserving your depth and spiritual rigor.

✅ Refined Version:

1. What is Spirituality?

Spirituality refers to that which concerns the spirit or soul—the deepest essence of who we are, beyond the physical body and the thinking mind.

2. What is Spiritual Energy?

Spiritual energy is the energy of the soul—subtle, profound, and integrative. It transcends physical forces while containing their spectrum in a harmonious and purified form.

3. How does the soul relate to the mind and body?

The soul, mind, and body are aspects of the self. The body is the physical aspect; the mind is the thinking, emotional aspect; and the soul is the deepest, most subtle aspect—the inner witness and source.

4. What is meant by "inner aspect"?

An inner aspect is one that cannot be perceived by the senses or measured by physical instruments. It is known through inner experience and spiritual sensitivity.

5. How do we know the presence of the soul or spiritual energy?

We perceive their presence through intuition—a direct inner knowing that transcends logic and sensory input.

6. How reliable is intuition?

When intuition arises in an evolved soul, it is often more reliable than analysis—because it grasps reality holistically, not in fragmented parts.

7. Can ordinary people trust their intuition?

Ordinary intuition can be clouded by ego, desire, or confusion. Spiritual truths are best grasped through purified intuition that arises from inner growth and discipline.

8. How do we recognize someone who is spiritually advanced?

a. By their behavior: They show integrity, balance, and are at ease with both principles and practical life.
b. By their capabilities: They express wisdom and clarity, combine deep calm with firm action.
c. By their accomplishments: Their work has meaningful, pragmatic impact rooted in harmony and insight.

9. Is spiritual energy as real as physical energy?

Spiritual energy is more real—it integrates and transcends physical energies. It harmonizes and transforms rather than disintegrates, and it assimilates physical energies it interacts with.

10. Is spiritual energy always harmonious?

In purpose, yes. Mechanically, it manifests in two key ways:

  • Spatial Coherence (Saguna-like): Different frequencies coexist harmoniously, bringing balance to any system they influence.
  • Temporal Coherence (Maya-like): Identical frequencies connect over time, lending long-term stability, even if short-term effects seem disruptive.

These correspond to Saguna Brahman and Maya in Advaita Vedanta.

11. How does spiritual energy interact with physical energy?

Spiritual energy contains a vast spectrum of frequencies. When a physical energy interacts with it, it resonates with its counterpart in the spiritual spectrum, allowing transformation through alignment.

12. How do the beneficial effects of spiritual energy arise?

Spiritual energy removes excess, fills deficiencies, and restores balance. It acts like a cosmic intelligence that heals by harmonizing—not by force, but by restoring what is natural.

Finding the Divine in Daily Actions 🙏

Dear spiritual family,

After 3 years of our beautiful discussions on consciousness, dharma, and finding the sacred in everyday life, I wanted to share a small experiment in mindful cooking.

We often talk about how every action can become a form of worship when done with awareness. Recently, I tried bringing this philosophy into something as simple as making sambar - by seeing the cooking process as a story where each ingredient has a role to play.

The experiment: When sambar mix becomes the hero of your kitchen👉

This is more an experiment in subtitle innovation than a full-fledged attempt at perfection. Instead of mechanical cooking, I approached it as if the sambar mix was a character on a spiritual journey - meeting its complement (water), going through transformation (heating), and finally achieving its purpose (nourishing others).

Why I'm sharing this here:

  • Our discussions about finding meaning in routine activities inspired this approach
  • Wondered if viewing cooking as conscious storytelling could deepen our connection to the process
  • Curious whether this mindful approach to daily tasks resonates with our spiritual community

It's brief (under 2 minutes), but I tried to infuse the simple act of cooking with a sense of purpose and narrative. The process felt more meditative when I saw each step as part of a larger story.

Reflection question: Could this kind of conscious storytelling transform other daily activities - turning routine into ritual, mechanical into meaningful?

In our tradition, even food preparation has always been considered sacred. Anna Brahma - food is divine. Perhaps giving our ingredients personalities and stories is just another way of honoring that divinity?

Would love your thoughts on whether this approach aligns with our spiritual discussions about bringing awareness to everyday actions.

With gratitude for this continuing journey together 🕉️

Lest the world think I have forgotten,
Let me assure I never will
The cowardice in that event
Is stark and befits them
Shame utter shame
Will rest not till the world is utterly safe and no one lets out an evil thought

Happy father's day

✨ A Magical Thought About Muthu

A creative imagining

A magician walked on stage —
Not with a wand, but a cooking pot.

The audience was puzzled.
He lit the stove… and began to cook.

Then… the aroma rose.
And with it, silence turned to awe.

The entire theater erupted in applause —
Not for illusions, but for something divine.

They were divining the power of MUTHU INSTANT PRODUCTS —
Nutrition. Health. Hygiene. Harmony.

🙏 Experience the divine in your kitchen.
