TB VERSUS DRAVIDIANISM

She is confused. She says:
"The Vadmas in smartha Brahmins, both Iyers and Iyengars"

She lacks basic knowledge about TBs, and she is giving us guidelines for our behavior.
There is some truth in what she is saying, but it is superficial. There is a major rupture of the artery, and she is providing a Band-Aid.
It is not a solution. A good-looking lady with a good camera and voice will not solve the problems of the TBs in Tamil Nadu.

What she says seem to have depth. Respect to women on any day is the the single most important indicator of cultured behaviour. The other two points she makes about kula devta and supporting vedas are significant too.

Well done! But the problem as always is more in practice.

But will it counter Dravidianism?. It is about belief in our culture and culture in general. That will stand us and anyone who values culture in good stead and overcome challenges.

As prasad1 mentioned frankly, the thread author has posted a very shallow thread totally lacking knowledge of her own community basics.
I do not see even a properly visible Thilak or Vibhuti or Chandan mark on her forehead which is the first identifiable primary symbol of a Hindu itself.

As opinions always differ, this thread also may elicit different view responses. But AFAIK this thread does not serve its titled purpose. There are many many contentsfull sources and resources available in this site itself.

Clichés may seem shallow. But the fact remains the underlying truths of some are deep and valid even now. Lets see beyond the surface.
