உலக வாழ்க்கை...

சுடும் சூரியனும், குளிர் நிலவும் உலகில் உண்டு;
கடும் வெய்யிலும், இளம் பனியும் உலகில் உண்டு;

புயல் காற்றும், வீசும் தென்றலும் உலகில் உண்டு;
புதிரான சுனாமியும், மெல்லிய அலையும் உண்டு;

கொட்டும் பெரு மழையும், இளஞ்சாரலும் உண்டு;
வெட்டும் மின்னல், மின்னும் நட்சத்திரம் உண்டு;

இன்னும் பல எதிரிடைகள் இருக்கிற இவ்வுலகில்,
இன்பம், துன்பம் இரண்டும் இயற்கை; அறிவோம்!

could do such dark deeds!!!) :suspicious:

Hello VR,
Really Nice posting on Hitler.There are maturity Growth levels in Human Beings.This concept on Light and Dark could be in his early state of mind.After years He had Grauated to the thought of ruling the world at all costs.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.
- Steve Jobs

A good friend of mine sent this to me and I thought this would be the best place to post this.. I welcome good friendship always.. :)

Why do I have a variety of friends who are all different in character ?
Some of them can be considered marginal even ?
How do I get on with them all ?
I think that each one helps to bring out a "different" part of me..
With one of them I am a polite,
I joke with another friend.
I sit down and talk about serious matters with one of them.
With another I giggle at every silly thing.
I have my tea with one
And dance with another.
I listen to one friend's problems and give advice
Then I listen to another advising me.

They are all like pieces of a jigsaw,
When completed they form a treasure box.
A treasure of friends!

They are my friends who understand me better than myself,
who support me through good days and bad days.
They are like colorful anti-depressants that I take on different days.

Real Age doctors tell us that friends are good for our health.
Dr. Oz calls them Vitamins F (from Friends) and counts the benefits of Friends to our well being.
Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and terminal strokes.

If you take Vitamin F constantly you can be up to 30 years younger than your real age.

The warmth of friendship stops stress and even in your tense moments it decreases the chance of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50 %

I am so happy that I have a stock of Vitamins F!

In summary we should value our friends and keep in touch with them.
We should try to see the funny side of things and laugh together, not forgetting to open our mouths big to swallow the floating vitamins F !!!!

Thank you for being my vitamins!

Dear Sir,

Is it necessary that enmity will not be shown to a person who shows unconditional love to all the people?

Even if a person loves everyone, there ARE people who become their enemies and hence the word 'pagai'.
My experience, Sir! Of course 'pagai' is one sided. Hope my point is clear now! :ranger:

bush,

your post #169,

re your view that our 'prejudiced views are our liabilities'.

not so sure about that. our prejudices are what defines us, i think. there has been no one on this earth without prejudices, some have a prejudice for good folks, others for bad folks.

i have a prejudice that i like you. would that be a liability?

:)

Post 169.

You seem to be a great accountant like chitragupta. Our accounts may
go wrong sometimes, but his does not. Wonder what sort of super-computer

talwan,

some scratch has to be done in private. alice, being the president's daughter can get away with scratching in public. i agree though 100%, we have to scratch where and when it itches. cannot postponoe it :)

Kunjuppu sir, you crack me up.. I just copied the message, since I liked it and why not??? Can we not live without prejudice in life.. as a child and as an adult I have faced a lot of it, but I try not to see anything or anyone with jaundiced eyes... :)

I do appreciate that you like me and of course that is a positive thing certainly not a liability.. :))
