Even Urdu speaking Muslims are elected in TN Assembly 2021 elections...There are more than half a dozen Muslims...But those who are speaking Tamil and born, living and contributing to Tamil Nadu's success in most fields have been treated like a social outcast..They made sure that there should not be a single Brahmin in TN Assembly...With so much of hate what else can we expect....Tamil Hindus will see their traditions trampled with glee...But I guess what can save the Brahmins are only ferocity and valor...We should not sit idle but take to the streets wherever possible...Else you would be thrown out lock, stock and barrel..

Tambrahms have left the Government sector....Even the Central Government jobs..Many are into IT as coders who get tossed from their jobs after 15-20 years and they go into hibernation..Hardly any one is interested in IAS & IPS....An advertsiement had to be put up for IAS coaching to the Brahmins...It is a tough life for a Tambrahm in Tamil Nadu...You have to continuously prove your merit & worth till you die...Does any other caste or community face this?

If tamil brahmin not interested in IAS/ IPS is it other communities fault ? Sizable is very correct word . The hindu , ajith kumar , anirudh , tvs are some of example. Pichai sundarajan , raghu ram rajan parent still living in tn . If tn very discrimatory to brahmin they will never back in tn .

Well said. The fact is TBs can embrace and thrive anywhere and anytime which indicates timeless and universal essence of their outlook and values. But given the chance to dismiss and move away from western systems, TBs would do it without second thoughts.

We should welcome and support this instead of siding with petty politicians who are self-centered and doing gimmicks for their survival. Going back to Temples, basically what has happened to temples is so unfair for TN where there is Hinduism practiced by majority and 2 Abrahamic religions practiced by minority. In so called secularism, the same law should apply to all three. When there is Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Department why isn't there a Christian Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Department. taking over churches and sharing their wealth for covid contingencies. Can you even imagine that there can be a gov.t dept. which stipulates who is employed in a mosque ?
Adding to this blatant unfairness is the fact that the successive govts that are controlling the Hindu temples have the ideology of atheism. How can they negate God and then take over temples ?? Also seems like when they say no God they only mean Hindu God, others Gods seem fit into Pakutharivu realm.

My opinion is government only to supervise to run the temple . Daily operations should run by drahmakassta and boards of devotees. Why to need drag minorities in this issue ?

I have no love for self styled gurus catering to the elite brahmins .Most of them ultimately end up behind bars.
Brahmins do not
require shady gurus .
Only brahmins left over in TN are temple archakar and cooks .
As long as they receive a good dole from govt or general public they should be happy.
Some well off brahmins running high end schools are caught in molesting scandals in their schools
Bjp has a few brahmin supporters in TN.
ADMK lost in TN elections due to tie up with bjp
Brahmins ought to accept the realities and look for better life outside TN.

How do you defend the words you use such as, "catering to the elite brahmins"? You appear to have imbibed the false narrative being spread about Brahmins and Hindu Gurus and have now developed a self loathing.
