Dear sravna,

Please tell me more about the spirituality that you have achieved. Then I will ask you questions and you will have to answer them. Please keep the language English. Thank you.

Dear Shri Vaagmi,

Spirituality has helped me achieve the following:

i. The most provocative actions and words cannot make me angry
ii. The most seductive woman cannot allure me
iii. I have never experienced fear

Can science and technology help you achieve these?

Folks,

Unless science helps develop one's mind its achievements would remain trifling. It is lot more difficult to make progress on that count than making progress in understanding the physical universe. But I am not putting down science for that. If it has to grow it has to consider mind and soul as its major focus and then progress and I think if science has to survive it has to take that path.

This obsession with deriding all that is science while speaking highly of spirituality is not going to lead us to anywhere. The better course will be to accept science as useful, draw lessons from the way it has developed, use it as a model to improve upon and develop a model for spirituality and finally let the two to coexist will be a better option.
Science developed because it is within space and time and hence could adopt standards, units and measures and a common vocabulary in course of time. So when you say anything about a topic or a fact in science I can understand it and instantly visualise the idea because we speak the same language with the same set of words drawn from a common vocabulary. And the units and measures you use are instantly understood by me because I use the same.
This is not the case with spirituality. When you say you can bend an iron bar just by applying spiritual energy that you generate without being anywhere near it, and presuming that you do it also, I and several others are left wondering with several questions. what was the measure of the energy you generated to achieve the task and from where did you do that. Did it have any relation with the kind of metal and say its diameter and conditioning etc--whethered tempered or not etc. May be I am used to science and am "conditioned" and hence get all these questions. If so I want to know what is the new vocabulary with which to explore your feat.
When you say you have raised your kundalini and have achieved the showering of it on your nervous and physical system and hence is able to travel in the time dimension back and forth, I feel disappointed that you are not able to communicate with me the processes involved in your journey and the metrics of it.

For all these reasons, I tend to look at your spirituality as a lot of hot air and nothing else even if you bend an iron bar just looking at it.

Am I wrong?
Well stated, logically presented. I dont think it will be reciprocated. Good Luck

This is a lot of bull (bs)

You have been riled up in no time and have doled out personal attacks on me many times in other threads. That is not maturity. Not that I am worked up by your attacks. It was amusing actually.

If seductive woman do not allure you then you have to see if you have gender fluidity issues. No wonder you are homo-phobic doling out hate messages towards homo sexuals and gay people. Just read your own posts in other threads in 2018.

You cannot face logical questions here. That is a form of fear.

So your personal claims do not live up to your actions here. Sorry bro to break the truth to you

Your obsession to rebut my statements somehow is what is amusing. I see no point in responding to such pathological behaviour

Dear Sravna,
1. The most provocative actions and words do not make me angry either. What more, I return the anger in equal measure in a well directed effort to achieve the goal of making the other person see reason. I do not get in the grip of anger. And I do not subsribe to spirituality either.

2. The most seductive woman does attract me. But I am aware that I have been attracted and that gives me confidence and happiness in dealing with the situation to the logical and natural conclusion. At the end I am happier.

3. I have experienced fear but I take control. And I come on top invariably. Fear is a natural first response in a complicated process. Nothing wrong about fearing. To discount fear is foolhardiness. And that is not good.

Hope you perceive.

The focus of spirituality is to bring one's emotions and desires under control. I hope you understand the importance of doing that.

I will talk more about creating objective knowledge through spiritual concepts in the coming posts.

Scientists are used to getting pat on the back for their purported intelligence. When someone points out that they cannot take so much credit for that the believers in science get irked. This pulling down of other disciplines as fake can no longer be done especially when there is no basis except empty assertions for that.

What is your fear of science, or any other material ideas?
You claim material success by spiritual means. Somebody already pointed out the fallacy of your reasoning.

Science is a tool created by humans to help them interpret the outside world in a language commonly understood by all of us.Humans depend on it for survival. Also the commonly understood medium of science is useful for mass transmission of our learning to others. Like all tools, science can be useful in a context-ie within the limits of our sense organs.
Can something which cannot be explained scientifically, exist in reality? Are other forms of life like plants, animals etc use science as we call it today?Understanding the limits of a tool and it's contextual relevance makes it realistic. Can this make us humble and still searching instead of making final conclusions ? Earth which was considered flat at one time ,was disproved as we went along our scientific journey.

Is science useful? Surely yes.Is it's findings final? Maybe not.
