My ambition to present the translation of Sreeman Narayaneeyam, starting with Krishna jananam is rekindled by this response.
After creating a huge reservoir of the Tamil poems needed for daily posting, I may take up this project.

Lord Sri Rama's Life is a Charithram, while Baghawan Krishna's Life is
full of Bhagwat Leelas. While Lord Rama's Charithram can be emulated, but not
Bhagawan Shri Krishna's. The Param Satya Bhagawan Lord Krishna took the
Manushya Jananam (Avatara) on this earth to bless us all and to relieve our miseries.

More than three months have rolled by after I posted Kalki Gayathree.:bump2:

Similar to a devoted wife, who transfers all her attachments from her
parents, brothers, sisters, etc. immediately after her wedding, (say after
living for more than two decades with them), to a completely unknown new man
i.e. her husband, a devotee too has to transfer his attachment from all
material benefits in this world to the Supreme Power of God. For doing
this, one has to chant certain Gayathris regularly without any break. If
this is done, I am sure God will certainly be always with us. One should
never accept the limitations of our environment. If we keep a cup of water
under the sun, we can notice the cup borrows its heat from sun, so also our
mind. One has to remove all the ill feelings and bad thoughts from the mind
and fill it up with Gayathris. The Law of Karma says that man is the master
of his own destiny. Therefore, one has to make his own environment and
circumstance to do Gayathris daily without fail. If one wants to see the God
or to realise his presence, one has to do it sincerely without any wavering of
mind and that will help him to achieve the above desire.

Sir,
Before you think of any mantra to control anger and prevent fights..try to identify the problem and resolve it.
We can actually only pray with a peaceful calm mind and by hoping that a mantra can solve all your problems you are not going to do any self introspection and the seeds of anger will still sprout as and when a situation arises.
Just do this..recite Gayatri mantra calmly and ask God to show you how you to address the problems you face.
Do not expect over night results..anger has been part of the human emotions since birth so do not expect it to vanish in one day.
You can also try this method.
Sometimes when I feel like shouting in anger..I just start questioning myself;
1)Do I really need to shout?
2)Do I really think by shouting the problem will be solved?
3)Do I really feel it is worth it too lose so much energy?
If you have answered No to all the 3 questions by the time you finished answering your anger would have come down.
Anger can be subdued..just try to divert the mind.
