I think maybe its like sex. Even though there may be healthy effects you need to keep using it to produce the effects. It addresses the effects but not the cause. Spirituality proper addresses the cause and it has to be at the level of mind. True brain mind interactions help the mind but by using cannabis you dont get permanent clarity at the level of brain and worse still you get into addiction which spirituality so vehemently advocates against.
