I have always enjoyed "twisted Kurals" and have taken it as just fun. I never felt it is an insult to the Great poet who took pains to compose the world's second largest translated work. I feel Thiruvalluvar and Bharathi are the two eyes of Tamil.

I would also think "wild" and would come back with some "Kurals".

In the mean time, just to be respectful to the sensitivity of ardent Valluvar supporters, Mr.K consider changig the title of the thread as "குரல் மாறிய குறள் ". Just a suggestion.

Is this thread just restricted to modern versions of 'Thirukkural'? Of not, I would like to post some very interesting and naughty version of 'Raghu Pathy Raghava Raja Ram'!

I do not want to be a party in between two other people. I was "inspired" by Mrs.RR's kural at no.47 and got the following:

இசை போல் தரல்.

Again, mine is just plain literature and nothing else.
