Sure of course grand weddings will happen because everybody wants to show off and have a good time. The pre-marital activity is kind of beside the point.

The interesting question is whether people still have a grand wedding the second time around (if required).

I am sure it is not all that difficult given that divorcee and widow marriages are happening. BTW, there are many, many cases of childhood molestation, which are usually not broadcast. Marriages happen in those cases as well, without any problem.
