HC doesnot trust Governments Urgency - wonders if court was witnessing "Shadow Boxing"

2 Blocks are constructed together..One of them falls down...What is wrong in demolishing the second...It would have been constructed by the same team using (sub) standard material that was used for the other...I think Courts have become demi Gods & they are poking the nose at anything and everything! The one that collapsed was unoccupied! What will happen if the surviving tower gets occupied & then it falls one day...Who will compensate?

Court questions Governments Urgency and has not given any guidelines for resuming construction See HCs direction here No body follows these directtions!
