The video plays fine. If the video is not loading, it could be due to internet connectivity issues.

This is how it will appear. If this is not showing, then there is an issue with your connectivity or it is being blocked.
Tested this in multiple browsers and it loads fine.
Click on the three dots at the bottom right. You will see "Download" option there.

It is a png image only. Could not be downloaded
It didn't play for me in Safari but did on Firefox. Must be a privacy setting of some kind.
