Think or sink!

My good friend always leaves by the back door -
keeping the front door bolted from inside.

The house may be vacant but still
it will appear to be occupied.

Declaring our absence attracts the
undue attention of unwanted people.

Till today my ignore list had zero persons.
I replied to every comment sincerely -
whether they be good/bad/ugly
or even wanton taunts.
A friend has advised to ignore the comments.
If I ignore those persons then
those comments don't even exist!
I will do it in the future!

ALL truths are not to be told. :nono:

Truths are not to be told to all the people.:nono:

All truths are not to be told to all the people. :nono:

Truths are hard to bear and live with comfortable!

Small wonder that lies are sweet and truth is bitter!

Dear VR ji,

You keep posting in this thread. Its very informative and relaxing too.
Let me know what news in tinsel town and which new movie is going to be released.

If I do not like a program I will switch off the T.V.
If I do not like an article / post I will not read it!
If I do not like a person I will neither interact with him
nor make faces at him. I will just treat him as if he were tranparent.

One aged maami had taught me this long ago!
vambuch chandaikkup pogaathe
vantha chandaiyai vidaathe

very very practical advices.
So those who do not want trouble
should not start giving trouble!

Dear Madam,

I am so new to this forum I did not make any judgement on anyone, including your kind self, to post my thougts to STC. I noticed she was way too bold and outspoken (a quality I do not have) and admired that. I wished to know more of her own thoughts so posted my earlier message to her. Kindly do not take offence of anyone, for afterall, internet is a free territory fueled by the guarantee of 'anonymity'!

If it had been bothersome to your intentions in the thread, I am sorry for that.

Regards,

JR

dear JR!
I will tell you a mantra.
The world is an illusion.
So is the forum - a smaller world.
What you see here is NOT true!
What you read here is NOT true.
The person is not who you think he/she to be!
People take birth here to revenge and avenge
harmless remarks and simple jokes.
But they always give a clue!
You will learn fast i am sure.
Take care kind sir/ miss/madam! :yo:

Teachings of my spiritual sat guru!

Thrikarna Shruddhi (Purity in thoughts, word and deed)

Some does not practice this. People should learn to maintain tolerence.

Simply teasing, humiliating, insulting others indirectly cause harm to others.

Aged Members should exhibit their meturity in their writings

Avoid provoking others.

You will reap what you sow.

As such what is expected is no one should harm anyone by speech, words and in deed.

Their words should be sweet, pleasing and wholesome.

All actions should be helpful to others.

[TD]VB,
I know you said it on a lighter note. Definitely you don't need a 'Guru' to learn this basic human decency and common sense.
Please do not overwhelm any Gurus. They are desperately needed by the members ranting here.

I thought alteast this whole episode with admin involving, deleting the objectionable posts (calling other monkeys etc and acts like a saint) by VR etc would provide some guidance and appeal to any ounce of decency and common sense. Sadly it has reached nowhere. Incorrigible!

Whole rambling started again. Thank God, I got a family to attend to and do not have to spend ranting 'குமுறல்கள்' since 2010 like this member.

Drb Ji,

My Guru used to say that it is quite easier to write and preach about principles than to live up to them.
