Think or sink!

This too is cyclic and vicious in nature.

Harder the exercise rigime becomes

the lazier we become to resume them. :bored:

The longer we dilly dally resuming them

the harder the exercise regime becomes! :(

I am a member of a big library here.
I had affixed a stamp sized photo of myself taken
when I was still Miss. Raman (before I became Mrs. Ramani.)
The lady staff of the library complimented me unexpectedly saying
"chinna vayasile cinema star maathiri irunthirukkeenga!" ..........
Very true! Most of us are 'once upon a time beauties'! :D

Cinema stars are NO exceptions.

"Whether I am ready to wear the Vishnu Durgai's prasaadam

in the form of a sari to improve my precarious health ?"

When the M.I.L of my good neighbor asked me

this question with great concern I almost wept.

Finding love and sympathy from unexpected persons while

he-who-should-not-be-named ignores the real problems

as imaginary and highlights imaginary problems as real!!!!

Kaayame ithu poyyadaa verum kaatradaitha paiyadaa!
Look at the number of bags we develop as we age.
There is a bag wherever there can be one!
Ears and nose keep growing larger.
Eyes are supposed to remain the same but
they too become sunken in deep dark wells!
The neck skin develops folds like those of calfor cow,
Double/ triple /multiple chins develop
depending on our power of accommodation.
Cheeks droop, chin stands out and lips and hair become thinner.
The West fights aging with Botox and lifting whatever can be lifted
within the elastic limits of the skin - without tearing.
Aging with grace involves the acceptance of aging gracefully. :thumb:

If the images are scary do not hold me responsible for it.

There is a limit to the use of Botox and the lifting technique.

Beyond the limit it becomes an one way or the path-of-no-return!
