Today's edition of "The New Indian Express" carries an excellent writeup on the results of American election, which I would like all to read:

That is not a brilliant article, that is myopic at best.
If USA withdraws into its own shell, there will be power vacuum. That will be filled by local bully like China in Pacific and Russia in eastern europe and middle east. If USA is not there to influence Afghanistan, Pakistan with Chinese help will be embolden.

Even in USA if liberalism is not tolerated, it will become a police state. In a police state the minorities suffer. PIO's are also a minority.

Now all have to contend with four years of non-stop copy pasting of news and opeds masquerading as news that are critical of Trump's presidency, whether they are objective or not.

The reporters are NOT working in isolation. You can copy paste only if expressed opinions. Fox news is not the only truth.
This was a closely fought election, the popular vote did not win.

US history professor Allan Lichtman, who claims that he’s accurately predicted every White House winner from 1984, had also forecasted that Donald Trump would win US Presidential election 2016.
And the professor has now made another prediction -- Trump will be impeached, according to a report in the The Washington Post.
"I'm going to make another prediction. This one is not based on a system, it's just my gut. They don't want Trump as president, because they can't control him. He's unpredictable. They'd love to have Pence - an absolutely down the line, conservative, controllable Republican. And I'm quite certain Trump will give someone grounds for impeachment, either by doing something that endangers national security or because it helps his pocketbook," Lichtman said.
"Trump would eventually be impeached by a Republican Congress that would prefer a President Mike Pence - someone who establishment Republicans know and trust," he added.
Lichtman's predictions work very differently than most pollsters and data-based forecasters. He uses a historically based system of what he calls "keys" to predict election results ahead of time. He had outlined how President Barack Obama's second term set the Democrats up for a tight race, and his keys tipped the balance in Trump's favor.

Hi Prasad,
How long are we going to conduct this pathological examination of a dead election for Hillary. Let us accept the fact that Trump has won and is the president elect of the most powerful democracy in the world. This presidency does dictate the peace around the world and fights against injustices of dictatorships and other forms of Govt. So what can we do as citizens that we can right this wrongful selection. His character is flawed and irredeemable. However, since he is an untrained politician and diplomat is there anyway we the people can straighten it out in the next mid term elections for Congress/Senate.
Yes We Can!
If he does not perform then just like it happened for Obama, we can remove the majority that he currently enjoys in the Senate and House.
So patience and deeper involvement in politics is our only hope for the future.
The majority of us voted against Trump (The Hillary + other votes).

Tolerance, liberalism etc are just catchphrases if one does not mean it.

What is tolerance? The so called liberals have launched a campaign to assault (assassinate!) the president elect even before he assumes office. Is this tolerance?

If a person has no tolerance for intolerance, is that person intolerant?

Politicians thrive on people's fear, and fear is used as a weapon by both sides. The fear of minorities including PIO's is essential for success of democrats! Only a person totally ignorant is perhaps truly free. Everyone else is brainwashed!

President-elect Donald Trump says he plans to deport ‘probably two million, it could be even three million’ undocumented immigrants. Speaking to CBS News in his first TV interview since his election win, he confirmed that he still plans to build a wall along the US border with Mexico – but accepted that some parts might end up as more of a ‘fence’.

Asked how many people he planned to deport, he said: ‘What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, where a lot of these people, probably two million, it could be even three million, we are getting them out of our country or we are going to incarcerate,’ he said.

After calmly thinking over the elections results, here is what I think is a good analogy:

Trump is the polio vaccine given to the American millenials administered by the older generation of Americans. It is a live virus and is known to cause crippling, but it is used in medicine to treat children and keep them from being crippled. Donald Trump was the most vile, unethical, immoral person with absolutely no political background other than than knowing how to exploit the Govt and make money and become rich. Will this vaccine really keep America from being crippled or is there an odd chance that it will be crippled by Trump.
Only time can tell.

You guys are spoilt brats!

What do you guys really want?

USA is not the country of your origin..so I am sure you would have the go along some rules and regulations there and why complain so much when Trump hasnt even started office.

In 3rd world countries...politicians are corrupt to the core..have blood stained hands..here you have a self made man who has balls yet you find fault with him linking him to pathogen or vaccine or some cock and bull.

At least Trump is taking action to deport illegals that are into crime unlike some countries where illegals are used as phantom voters to make the ruling party win.

Trump won fair and square.

Illegals anywhere are pests..they get into crime..drugs..illegal businesses...human trafficking and they DO NOT pay any taxes.

The rightful citizens are paying for their upkeep for them to milk the nation by crime.

So what Trump is doing is right..get rid of illegals who are criminals.

For non criminal illegals one can have some soft corner by legalizing them provided they do not have any relative who is into crime.

Quit complaining so much about Trump....Dont ask what the country can do for you...ask what you can do for the country.
