Really, it is an enjoyable song. There are generally two types of stress either it is
physical or emotional. It all depends on our thought process at that time, emotion,
what type of schedule we have planned, environment, and the way in which we
decide to solve the problem so as to get out of that stress situation.
Some people to get out of that situation, they will resort to heavy smoking, drinking,
taking drugs to get sleep, keeping away from friends, family members and even from
the activities on which they are engaged upon or they may go to a temple and sit
over for hours together aloof, etc.
Generally stress can always never be avoided; it is also not advisable to avoid the
situation or problem to be addressed at that point of time. Sometimes we have to
express our feelings who are close to us and time frame the problem in such a way
that it does not assert pressure on us at that moment. Music is one such thing,
which is unharmful to health to get relieved from the stress.
