One of my favorites is crispy potato katori chaat. I grate potatoes, season them with a little cornstarch, salt, cumin and black pepper, then fry them into small bowls. After that I fill them with chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, tamarind chutney and a little vegan yogurt.
