The referred numbers form the Kubhera yanthra which is to be engraved on copper or golden disc or on a Bhurja patram with numbers written with a paste of sandal.There is also a mantra to be recited addressed to Kubhera

the olai chuvadi that has been referred to me is 'siva sthala puranam' wherein the mantra to be recited is either (1) si va (2) na ma si va ya ( 3 ) om na ma si va ya (4) si va ya.all the four are identified to vedams,like yajur,sama,rik,atharvana....kubhera is the adibar or lordship with a sagunam...but its shiva who destroys avidya gives the temperory benefit...so says mahadeva....
