This thread will be about my fightback and hopefully my rise.

Unlike my previous thread in which I had posted the first link of the thread prior to that which was My Pursuits, I am now starting this thread with a link to the last posts of prior thread. Looks like the company has to take a step back now.

The recent developments with Udhayanidhi stalin repeating that he wants to eradicate sanatana dharma and some idiot TVK MLA Mustafa from Madurai supporting him openly is just beyond my buttons being pushed..

So I registered an online police complaint one against our chutti paiyan Mustafa and the idiot who openly incited religious hatred in the state assembly using his publicly elected office of leader of opposition.

The following two posts are the complaints.

Following this, i will be presenting myself at the Ice House police station for the registration of an FIR. Since this station and my house falls under the chepauk-thiruvallikeni constituency of our very own boy udhayanidhi stalin, I will be requesting my brother and near and dear to help make my father understand that it is best for him to leave with my brother bhargav to Australia and stay with him till this leads to some conclusion.

The first complaint against the bachcha V M S Mustafa is as follows..

To: The Inspector of Police, [XXXX Police Station], Chennai.

Subject: Complaint seeking registration of FIR under Sections 196 and 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 for promoting enmity and outraging religious feelings.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, P V Krishnan, residing at xxxxxxx, wish to file a formal complaint regarding public statements that are highly inflammatory, promote enmity between different groups, and are deliberately intended to outrage the religious feelings of the Hindu community.

On May 14th, I witnessed widely circulated news reports and video broadcasts featuring newly elected Madurai Central MLA, Madhar Badhurudeen (commonly known as VM.S. Mustafa of the TVK party). In these broadcasts, the individual explicitly stated:

“Sanatanathae Ozhika Porondaan Kallatthulla Erangirukom".

This can be seen in the NDTV video news report on youtube released around 1PM on May 14th 2026 at the exact time of 1min 17 secs to 1 min 21 secs.

The Youtube video is also attached as evidence.

The deliberate use of such terminology in the context of a constitutionally protected religious belief system is a direct attack on the fundamental rights of practicing Hindus. Coming from an elected representative bound by the Constitution to treat all citizens equally, this statement goes beyond political rhetoric; it is a calculated act meant to maliciously insult a religion and disrupt public harmony.

These actions prima facie constitute serious cognizable offences under the following sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:

1. Section 196 BNS: Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion and doing acts prejudicial to the maintenance of harmony.
2. Section 299 BNS: Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.

I request you to register a Zero FIR based on this information under Section 173(1) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, and forward it to the relevant jurisdictional police station for immediate criminal investigation. This online complaint is registered fearing that a real complaint will not be immediately registered in any police station, therefore to provide an accurate time stamp on this FIR request, an online complaint is registered. I will also walk in to the XXXXX police station to register this along with the Onlline complaint number today evening. I am ready to provide my statement and hand over the digital evidence as required.

And now .. the FIR for Udhayanidhi Stalin

Subject: Complaint seeking registration of FIR against the Leader of the Opposition, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin, for inciting genocidal tendencies against Hindus, promoting religious enmity, and criminal conspiracy under Sections 61, 196, 299, and 353 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, P.V. Krishnan, residing in XXXXXX, Chennai, submit this formal complaint to report a severe, coordinated, and premeditated assault on the fundamental rights and physical safety of the Hindu community in Tamil Nadu, orchestrated from the highest levels of political office.

On May 12, 2026, during his maiden address as the Leader of the Opposition in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin deliberately used his constitutional platform to broadcast religious hatred. The digital and print records of the assembly proceedings confirm he stated:

"Sanathanam, which separated people, should be eradicated."

This is not an isolated political opinion; it is a calculated reiteration of his past declarations calling for the absolute eradication of Sanatana Dharma. In criminal jurisprudence, calling for the "eradication" of a religious belief system is indistinguishable from encouraging the physical and social elimination of its adherents. This constitutes a direct incitement to genocidal tendencies and mass violence against practicing Hindus.

Furthermore, his speech from the platform of the Leader of the Opposition served as a direct command signal, causing a mass replication of this religious hatred theme. Just two days later, on May 14, 2026, this rhetoric was identically mirrored by MLA V.M.S. Mustafa outside the Assembly, proving that Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin's address successfully instigated a criminal conspiracy to normalize hatred and threats of extermination against the Hindu community across the state.

These actions prima facie constitute serious cognizable offenses under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:

1. Section 196 BNS: Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion.
2. Section 299 BNS: Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings.
3. Section 353 BNS: Making statements conducing to public mischief and inciting classes of the community to commit offenses against each other.
4. Section 61 BNS: Criminal conspiracy to propagate a theme of eradication and genocidal hatred, evidenced by the immediate mass replication of his statements by other political figures.

Given the severity of a constitutional functionary inciting genocidal hatred, I demand the immediate registration of an FIR and the commencement of a thorough investigation into this conspiracy. I am available to record my formal statement and provide all published media evidence.
