Marriage between viswamithra kothram and kousika kothram?

In my view he can; that Viswamithra and Kausika are the name of the same rishi, does not matter here. If the "pravaras", i.e., the names of the 3 or 5 rishis to be recited in the abhivaadaye are different, then without any doubt he can marry.

There are many instances where such marriages have taken place, the reason given by the sastris is that pravaram is different.
