My friend attended an interview for a job ----the following questions were asked

1) how diferent are you from others
2) how smart and fast you will pick up the things than others.

since the position he went was for a leadership management position.

My friend could not answer these questions suddenly, since the answer what he gave was not convincing the interviewer. what type of different answer can be given to these questions suddenly in the interview.

can somebody give a different answer in short and impressive.

everyone is born different from others, It is the opportunity which gives him a chance to become the different the word the iterviewer used.
it can be judged only after selecting all of them it is not possible to selecta all so he thinks he is best fit and so be selected.
