RECIPE OF GARLIC RASAM:


Grind a tsp pepper, cumin, coriander seds, red chilli 1, 5 pods of garlic, 1/2 tsp toor dal, one tomato, curry leaves, coriander leaves..

.add this paste to tamarind water...

to this add tomato pieces 1/4 cup, salt, turmeric powder..boil till raw smell goes,

add a cup of water and when it frothens switch off..

temper with mustard, cumin, curry leaves and garnish with coriander leaves....

Garlic Rasam is Ready!!
