In many villages in North India conversion is banned informally...If any one tries to convert others they have to face the consequences...We (Hindus) cannot expect law to help us! We have to consider our future & take appropriate preventive and proactive actions!!

Is the Globalisation slogan "start up India " request put forth to FII .....is to Hindu FIIs alone ?

Is it spritually appropriate change the God, Symbol etc. within the same Religion? Smarthas become Bhagavathas and praise Krishna over Lord Shiva, with the possible excuse, in most of the cases - 'Vadaman Muthi Vaishnavam'. The slogan might have originated when Ramanuja, a born Vadaman, became a Vaishnavite, and now it is being used for convenience, to change the God.

Were there any Shaivites and Vaishanavites people existed during Vedic period ? or
Were all later innovations?

Are Hindu Temples in US and other countries being constructed by Hindus or Christians?

By Hindus.

Every community of Indians that settles in Anytown, U.S.A., follows the classic immigrant boom-and-bust cycle by building temples. You can almost plot their milestones on a graph: Come to America with a suitcase and $200, breeze through graduate school, claw through a pool of applicants for the first job, buy a Honda, get a promotion, marry a woman from India, have two kids, buy a house, swell into middle-aged prosperity, and ponder the next move. What to do now to enrich a life? Ah! Build a temple, of course.

A decade ago, Indians in several communities reached this very point in their lives. The kids were in school, the job was no longer challenging, and they were financially comfortable. Like simultaneous explosions, Hindu temples sprouted all across America. With the fervor of exiles who had left their Holy Land, Hindu Indians donated money in vast numbers to build these temples.

Now the truth is out! If we need FII we should allow their missionaries to operate!

As far as temples in US is concerned, as US requires our workforce they are allowing temples to be constructed! So US is not allowing temples without a motive!! Also our temples do not engage in conversion activity in US while the foreign missionaries do this as a regular activity by distributing freebies and money in India!! So the comparison fails in logic!

All money related.
Almost all the Indians go to US with his " head " and extending a pair of hands to work and earn.

But the FIIs come with a pair of baggages of money to invest and earn.

Why can't Indian missionaries try the trick at alien countries ?

Gulf countries also require our work force but unlike US, they are not allowing temples to be constructed and allowing not even to worship.
comparison will always fail in logic as long as we run after money.
All............ money driven logic.

If Shiva worship was pre-dated to Vedas, Shaivism would have been in existence. Instead, they are later day creation, why do we worship the Gods of relevant sect, and could have restricted to Vedas only?

Very good question !

All sect fanatics should ask this question standing before the mirror.
