I have been in TN cities like Chennai, Coimbatore,Madurai Tirunelveli. Except Tirunelveli any celebration like Deepavali, Karthigai, Krishna Janmashtami/jayanthi i have cherished with festivities from SKS (Sri Krishna sweets ) with their combo or gift packs according to the festival. And this phrase East or west is apt to them as they are two branches(sons) of the founder Mahadeva Iyer who started in Coimbatore and now the two main business entities at Chennai and Coimbatore are doing with their own novel ideas of business. While Chennai has its own set of ideas of providing lunch and tiffen at the premises along with sweets the Coimbatore has unique travel of sweets to its branches upto Madurai covering Salem, hosur tiurupur Pollachi on its way.
