Animal sacrifices are followed in most religions, in one form or another. Educational qualifications or economic level do not play a big part as all sections do venduthal and fulfilment of the venduthal. Hinduism is the only religion in which a significant portion do not follow or recommend animal sacrifice. We tambrams are lucky in that sense we don't do it.
