Today we celebrate 70th Constitution Day, completion of 70 years of adopting our Constitution.
On this day let us remember the prophetic words of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, Chief Architect of our Constitution in his veledectory address to the Constitution Assemblyon November 25, 1949, in Constitution Assembly where he said " However good a Constitution may be, It is sure to turn out bad because those who are called to work it, happen to be bad lot. However bad a constitution may be, it may turn out to be good if those who are called to work it to be a good lot".
