Combining grihapravesam and ayusha homam

hello,
Me and my family have decided to have a grihapravesam in feb,Also our little boy is turning one in the same month and we need to arrange for the ayushahomam.Will it be ok to arrange both the functions on the same date?

We have got mixed answers from our vaadhyaars back home.We live in kuwait hence going to India only for the function on a very short notice,which is why we thought we could club it both together.

What are the various factors one should consider for gruhapravesam while fixing a muhurtham day and lagnam except during the months of Adi,Purattaasi,Margazi and Panguni. If all the factors are acceptable and good ,can we fix the gruhapravesam in any other month other than the months mentioned above.
