I know what you are going to say. i have any remotest connection to the place CHENNAI, then i am going to like this video. But even after the name is changed some years ago, what is the purpose of this video?

375 years it has had more names i am sure. madarasapattinum is that part of this continuum as well, when you want to include tradition as a continuum and not just history?

But how many here are really patriotic about Chennai? I have known people from Chennai, who boast of the same, but have no physical presence in the city. This type of VIEWING videos, HOW MUCH IS THIS CONTRIBUTING towards A city's improvement?

I know this is a dry question. but just thought what you have to say. some veterans in the LOCATION of their profile have I LIVE IN CHENNAI. it is easy to ask question so why not try another one..

you are from madras, but not living there anymore since the nomenclature change. Would you call yourself CHENNAI-ITE? I am tempted to challenge this particular people as that NIGRO-MADRASI in a denigrating manner.

Again the point is not color, but how the nomenclature change affects NAME CALLING.. i will stop, let us see how this goes..
