Breathing Therapy








The nose has a left and a right side; we use both to inhale and exhale.

Actually they are different; you would be able to feel the difference.
The right side represents the sun, left side represents the moon.
During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.

In about 5 Mins, your headache will go?


If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster.

Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.




Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right? ?

If left is faster, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.

This can be taught to kids, but it is more effective when practiced by adults.

My friend used to have bad headaches and was always visiting the doctor.

There was this period when he suffered headache literally every night, unable to study.





He took painkillers, did not work.

He decided to try out the breathing therapy here: closed his right nose and breathed through his left nose.

In less than a week, his headaches were gone! He continued the exercise for one month.

This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that he has experienced.

for each 110 minutes breathing will change by itself from one nostril to other. We all are breathing only by one nostril at a time. Sukla patcham from from prathamai;dwithiyai;thruthuyay; sapthami;astami; navami;thrayodasi;chathurdasi;and full moon (pournami) we are breATHING BY LEFT NOSTRIL FROM 6AM TO 7-50 AM; from 7-50 am to 9-40 am right nosil; 9-40 to 11-30 am left nostril; 11-30 to 1 -20 pm left nostril; from 1-20 to 3-10 pm right nostril;3-10 to 5pm left nostril; 5 to 6-50 pm right nostril; 6-50 to 8-40 pm left nostril; 8-40 to 10-30 pm right nostril; 10-30 to 12-20 am right nostril;12-20 to 2-20 am left nostril; 2-20 to 4-10 am right nostril; 4-10 to 6am left nostril

sukla patcham chathurthy; panchami; shasti; dasami; ekadasi; dwadasi;from 6am to 7-50 am breathing will be from right nostril;


Krishna patcham right nostril from 6 am to 7-50 am breathing will be from right nostril on prathamai;dwithiyai; thrithiyai; dasami;ekadasi; dwadasi;thrayodasi; chathurdasi and amavasai;

Krishna patcham left nostril breathing from 6 to 7-50 am on chathurthy; panchami;shasti;sapthami;astami and navami; naturally the breathing must be like this .

While going out from the house if the breathing is on the right nostril first step your right leg forward to start walking.while placing your left leg kindly note that your left leg should also be placed parrallel to your right leg without going forward; in this manner you have to walk in odd nos. 3;or;5;or 7; then you can wqalk as usual.

while going out for some purpose if your breathing is on the left nostril first step must be your left leg then your right leg in the same place where the left leg is; walk like this in even nos.2 or 4 or 6 times; then you can walk as usual; you will victory ;

If the breathing is on both your nostrils or if the breathing is not in 90 degrees direction the purpose for which you are going out will be defeated. to be continued

You must avoid anger if the breathing is in your right nostril; otherwise it will ende in a very big quarrel. if you are breathing by left nostril there will not be a quarell.breathe slowly. change the breath from right to left nostril. you will feel happiness if you practice daily for 15 minutes; breath in and breath out must be in 30 seconds.

Male days: sunday; tuesday;thursday; female days: monday;wednesday; friday and saturday. On male days while the breathing is in right nostril the answer is victory for the questions submitted at that time by others. On female days when the breathing is going in the left nostril if any body asks you a question your answer is victory.

You have to give answer to other's questions as defeat when that person asks you during the time you are breathing on left nostril on male days and on the right nostril on female days. you will get some disease if the breathing is not running on right or left nosril on the specified thithis and patcham. Kindly note this daily in the morning after 6 am.

How to change the breathing to the other nostril. you want to change the breathing to your right nostril you put your left hand mushti in your right armpit and turn your body on right side in the lying down position for maximum 20 minutes. the breathing will change automatically.
to change the breathing to your left nostril put your right hand mushty in your left armpit maximum for 20 minutes and lie down left side, the breathing will change automatically to your left nostril.
