If asva, the horses or photons that course through, asvins are the twin-headed electromagnetic field, the chariots, that follow the photons. Asvins are of two types. iSa is the energy of electromagnetic field (9). Ashvins, the electromagnetic field are endowed with iSa, the energy of electromagnetic field. They are also endowed with materials that arise out of the energy of this field, which they raise/lift and bring in through electromagnetic interaction, as adhvarya does in the sacrificial procedures.
The electromagnetic field, Asvins, creates the best, bestowing vasus (matter with different states), particles with core/nucleus in the evolutionary sacrifice.

iSa is the energy of electromagnetic field. Ashvins, the electromagnetic field are endowed with iSa, the energy of electromagnetic field. They are also endowed with materials that arise out of the energy of this field, which they raise/lift and bring in through electromagnetic interaction, as adhvarya does in the sacrificial procedures.
These both, create the best bestowing vasus (matter with different states), particles with core/nucleus in the evolutionary sacrifice.
ā vām aśvāsaḥ śucayaḥ payaspā vāta raṃhaso divyāso atyāḥ |
manojuvo vṛṣaṇo vītapṛṣṭhā eha svarājo aśvināvahantu ||
Of both (a vAm), the photons/light (azva asah), shining/indicating (sucaya) drinking the fluid/essence (payas pA) molecular/gas clouds (vAta) speedy (ramhaso) divine (divyAso) that swiftly moves (atyAh) swift as thought (manojuvo) rains (vrsana) free wihout a backside/bottom (vIta prSTha) these self-ruling (eha svaraja) asvina they carry (vahantu)
The asva/photons drunk with energy, shining/indicating in the gas clouds are speedy, divine swift movers, moving at speed of thought (light speed), raining without a bottom, driving the self-ruling electromagnetic field/asvins.
The photons are horses without a back/bottom (vIta pRSTha). Photons are bottomless because they don't 'stand' like a particle and spread around over spaces as waves. Hence photons are asva without the prSTha. These photons drunk with energy move through the gas clouds at the speed of thought driving the electromagnetic field through them.
ā vāṃ ratho avanir na pravatvān sṛpra vandhuraḥ suvitāya gamyāḥ |
vṛṣṇa sthātārā manaso javīyān ahampūrvo yajato dhiṣṇyā yaḥ ||

The course of you, the electromagnetic field is non-hilly, smooth, bonded with those in motion, spreading easily. The earliest self, the masculine stationary, moving across with speed of thought, the abode which performs the evolutionary sacrifices in the 'abode'.
Asvins, the electromagnetic field performs the evolutionary sacrifices in the abode. Hence it is earliest or first of the 'aham'/self. 'dhI' is the flux, the effect of electromagnetic field. dhiSnya is the abode in which the flux of electromagnetic field is felt. It is the gas-clouds which evolve.

You both dwell in all these named bodies produced out of this (gas clouds). You both pervade one, the sacrifice of the learning/wise molecular clouds, another, inferenced so to the auspicious offspring of them, the solar/planetary systems.
sUri are the wise, the learning, evolving, large molecular/gas clouds. They are akin to Solar Nebula that evolves to be the solar system and planetary systems. 'diva' are the solar and planetary systems that evolve out of the Solar nebula. Hence divs are inferenced to be the offspring of the 'sUri'.
In our solar system, brhaspati, the Jupiter is called 'sUri'. It's because Jupiter is a gas cloud, remnant of the solar nebula that originated the solar/planetary systems.
'diva' is used to indicate solar/planetary systems or simply 'day' because day is simply the birth of the 'sun' (surya).
pra vāṃ niceruḥ kakuho vaśān anupiśaṅgha rūpaḥ sadanāni gamyāḥ |
harī anyasya pīpayanta vājair mathrā rajāṃsy aśvinā vi ghoṣaiḥ ||

Asvins the electromagnetic field, wander in all directions bringing under control, in the form of fastening/bonding, seating the particles in motion. Asvins the electromagnetic field also increase the giving away/removing the mass in matter forms, by their reverberations that shakes the atoms.

The entire Universal matter can be seen as 'information'. The compiler of this information is Asvins, the electromagnetic field. Thus the electromagnetic field can be described as the 'compiler' of information or knowledge of Universe. By this compilation of knowledge or matter forms, Asvins, the electromagnetic field increases the expressions of Universe. They ooze out in three different types of particles.
The electromagnetic field is invoked and heard from three types of particles. These particles are the oblations in the evolutionary sacrifice of matter. They are
1. Ground State - Particles in a (Potential) well
2. Excited State - That move/march ahead
3. Metastable State - Particles not in a well, but does not march ahead

The possessor of the oblations (matter forms in the evolutionary sacrifice of the Universe), which are the asvins, the electromagnetic field, which along with puSa give the exterior bodies do not decay by transfer/flow of energy (agni) during the dawn of the Universe (uSa)
