maybe a neutral "Ji" is better. I didnt use Ms as well just in case you're right about the Mr!. Come to think of it this "Ji" is sooo versatile. Don't we have anything like that in Tamil. In Telugu "garu" is another versatile way of addressing both genders and all in betweens
