I found this thread with a pdf link to the Manthras and Instructions to performing Sandhya vandanam all 3 times a day. But I am looking for the actual meanings of the manthras recited, so that I can teach/explain it to my your son who will is getting ready for his Upanayanam. Is this available on the web somewhere or Can some scholar in this forum create one for the benefit of everyone?
I am looking for the Smartha version, but both Smartha and Vaishnava versions must be made available.
