Pple who need the exact procedure of Sandhya Vandanam ( Yajur Veda Iyengars) plz snd me an email, the speciality of the file i ve compiled my self is that it is a combination of Sanskrit and English, the Mantras are in Sanskrit while the instructions ( eg stand up, face east etc ) are in English which is very easy to understand, esply for pple who do not knw tamil like yours truly!! plz snd me an email as i canot upload de entire file due to the size of the file being greater than the permissible limit of the forum, de addr is [email protected].
