Why People born at the same time in the same place have different lives ?

Why People born at the same time in the same place have different lives ?

Mr Prasad Sir, Esteemed member . posted a question to me while replying to my another post.. I was thinking about his question hence this post.

People born on the same day and same time will NOT ALWAYS have the same birth chart because if they are in different PLACES the ASCENDANT and HOUSE POSITIONS will be DIFFERENT.

Even if they are born in a Hospital, their Birthplace may be a little bit different from each other.

Even Small distance between the rooms, Cots in the same ward matters.

Further the Babies Parents Life is also a Matter ; to elaborate, let us imagine a queen, a minister's wife and a guards wife all deliver sons on the same day, hour and place.

All charts will have the same yogas. But the results of yogas in all three would be such that kings son may become the emperor, Minister's son may become prime minister, and the guards son may become a Sargent.

The two equally intelligent children would progress differently if one is brought up in slums and the other in a rich family.

We normally mention “ Place of Birth” as a City's name.. Even within the City, they are not born on the same COT AS ANOTHER HUMAN was born.. Time May be the same..

Also their parents' previous Paaapam, Puniyam also comes into account.

It is unfortunate for us that we lost our ancient science of astrology. In ancient times, not only the time of birth, but also the time of conception.
Garbhadhaan was also taken into consideration. Now two humans born at the same time at same place may not have the same time of conception, one of them may be preterm delivery, one may be delayed or normal, even days of conception may differ. Secondly, the right time to prepare kundli is when the purusha meets prakriti.

The moment when Atma or soul gets attached with the body within the womb before it's birth. At that moment, the fate of the soul is sealed with its past karmas and prarabdha.

Nice explanation. Even I used to think why the H/S should differ if everything is same
Thanks

Thanks Sir, Various other Factots like ' the Birth time ' also is there. Like Head coming out first , or Leg of the new born baby touching the earth , etc.. Even few seconds in noting the time of coming out completely can also make a difference.

So, if you gave the name of the city, time of birth, gender, etc., and had a horoscope made or generated, it is not worth the paper it is written on.
In another thread, you believed otherwise. So what is the truth about Astrology? Is it a science, or just a sham?

Nothing was really lost. There is no science and no Veda in today’s astrology.
The astrology predictions sometimes seeming very precise and accurate have anecdotal experience. There are explanations for such things.

A simple statistically proven sample size in a double blind study has not been done to assert a real correlation. Predictions will crumble in such a study.

There was no astrology in vedas. Jyothisham is said as a limb of vedas much like vyakaranam and niruktham etc. They are called Veda-anga

The original version was astronomy not into prediction business. Knowing when sun will raise even when cloudy for example to conducting rituals. Today’s version of astrology is mainly human imagination. In fact the number of doshas are invented every year.

These beliefs are terribly harmful. Some girls are doomed to be born in moola Nakshatram. That is but a tiny example. Hindus are doomed into superstition and want to call it a science to glorify the ignorance. In fact world over it is a curse on the humanity but we are affected the most

A new focus in the last 40 years is vastu-proofing homes. It is expensive and wasteful.

All these have no basis and turning many into insecure losers in life.

Imagine the freedom if someone shows that life is fresh and present moment alone is real. Fearlessness is godliness. Upanishad teaches humans to be their own nature which is fearlessness.

As one matures in age celebrate present moment and stop worrying about predictions.

Our Astrology is based on the Karma of the person and horoscope can reveal the karma. The various astrology books in India really misses something to tell us about how to predict.
Shri Krishnamoorthy, who created the KP system of astrology has explained that the Sub-Lords will differ for the persons born on same date and same place because of the time difference.
If the birth day/place/time are exactly same for two persons, they will have same kind of life. If there is a difference in birth time ( take the case of twins), they will have different life because of the divisions of the star according to Krishnamoorthy Padhadhi.( This method of division is based on Vimshotari dasa system and each of the division is called Sub)

So, if you gave the name of the city, time of birth, gender, etc., and had a horoscope made or generated, it is not worth the paper it is written on.
In another thread, you believed otherwise. So what is the truth about Astrology? Is it a science, or just a sham? que tan guapo eres test

Astrology sits somewhere between belief and curiosity for many people. Some see deep meaning in birth charts, while others view it as symbolic storytelling rather than science. Personally I think its value depends on how one interprets it — not absolute truth but guidance for reflection.

Yes. Shri Krishnamoorthy has explained about this twin birth in detail. He could not find answers from our ancient astrology books andc researched for 30 years with known person horoscopes and came out with his sub,-lord approach in explaining the difference in twins life.

He strongly told that persons with exactly same horoscopes will have similar life

“If two baby boys are born at the same time and place—say, in the same hospital—would their Jadagams be identical? And if so, how do astrologers explain the vastly different lives they may lead? I’m curious from a philosophical and karmic standpoint, even though I don’t personally subscribe to astrology.”

From a karmic perspective rooted in Indian philosophy, even if two people are born at the same time and place, their life trajectories can differ profoundly due to:

1. Individual Karmic Backlog
Each soul carries its own sanchita karma (accumulated karma from past lives).

Birth is not a blank slate—it’s a continuation of a soul’s journey.

Even if the external conditions are identical, the internal karmic ledger is unique.

2. Prarabdha Karma (Activated Karma)
This is the portion of karma chosen to be experienced in this lifetime.

Two souls may have different prarabdha karma activated at birth, leading to different challenges, blessings, and life events.

3. Free Will and Response
Karma isn’t fatalistic. How one responds to life’s events—through choices, mindset, and actions—shapes future outcomes.

Two people may face similar situations but make different decisions, creating divergent paths.

4. Environmental Influence
Family, culture, education, and social context act as catalysts or constraints.

These external factors interact with karma, amplifying or muting its effects.
