Wheat Dosa- Easy to Make

How to make Wheat Dosa?

[TD]Mix all the ingredients, except the curd and oil, in a bowl.[/TD]

Lift the tava by holding the tava handle and rotate the tava in a circular pattern to spread the batter evenly on the entire tava.[/TD]

Lift the dosa partially with a spatula and see if the rear part of the dosa is golden brown. If it is, the dosa is cooked. Otherwise, cook for few more minutes and check again.
