WANNA TRY OUT WINDOWS 10: YOU’RE LUCKY, MICROSOFT JUST RELEASED THE PREVIEW EDITION!
OCTOBER 1, 2014 KISHORE GANESH
Yesterday Microsoft unveiled Windows 10, the successor to Windows 8. It sported improvements massive in magnitude, enough for Microsoft to skip a number and go from 8 to 10.
If you wanted to check out the new, better Windows, you can do now, as Microsoft has released its Technical Preview, available for anyone to download.
Of course, the Consumer Edition will launch only sometime in 2015, but till then you can enjoy this Technical Preview, which has an early edition of several new features, such as the new Start Menu, the new CMD and Multiple Desktops and more. Of course, some features may be missing and entirely new ones may be added by the time the Consumer Edition is released.
However, as this is an early Preview Edition, it is bound to be buggy and so we don’t recommend installing it on your Primary PC. Or set up a Dual-Boot System to boot both Windows and Windows 10, so that you always have a Stable System to go back to.
