Another addition to the long list of North vs South Vendetta !!!
Out of 2 lakh crores, why only single out Mallya ?. what about all the others who have taken far more money - why not target the Ruias who have looted 16,000 Crs ?? Not even a mention on the news.. forget about taking action against all of them...
And see how the media, govt agencies, north politicians have ganged up against him & going after him like mad dogs !!
so what is his fault ? He took loans to run a Business that unfortunately failed?. Business loss = no money, means no payout to IT, PF, debt repay, salary etc...
He has not cheated the banks, they loaned him money against KF brand, Business plans, etc.. And the company's act is put in place precisely to separate the company profits & losses from the entrepreneur & protect him from losing his personal assets. But look at the vendetta, they want his personal money, property
with such nonsense, all this make in india, startup india has already dis-appeared.
why will any enterpreneur start business in India, if there is no protection to his personal assets???
so much for development agenda - might as well change it to - vendetta agenda...

Vijay Mallya failed to repay loans obtained from various P.S Banks,
he did not pay salaries to the staff of KFA,
he did not deposit PF and
he did not pay income tax and has now left the country.
It is reported that Mallya still have a good fortune and
still holds shares and properties, both movable and immovable /Estate worth several thousand crores
Let him continue the ‘King of good times’ by paying the dues and settle the taxes and loans together with interest, etc
Will he.....??
But one should not forget the fate of Subrata Roy of Air Sahara who is still in jail
And I don't think he belongs to South India.

Awarding exemplary costs of Rs. 10 lakh to be paid to the Supreme Court Legal Service Authority, the two-judge Bench dismissed Mr. Mallya’s appeal on July 13, 2015, observing: “The entire approach of the appellant is a sheer abuse of the process of law.”
