Really it is a happy news to read; Chandrababu Naidu is reciprocating to the Brahmins' support.

In Tamilnadu, ******* (Regd) has supported AIADMK in the elections by circulations of news and did field work also in certain constituencies; JJ has not even acknowledged their work with simple thanks.

Is it because Andhra brahmins are poor. I understand that the richest and dominant communities of Andhra are the Reddys and Naidus.
These are also the most common communities in IITs now. Unlike Tambrams, who are by and large prosperous. or self sustaining.
I think there are poorer communities in Tamil Nadu than us. Our few pockets of poverty I think, can be alleviated through self
help. Kerala Brahmins Trust has not received any application for help for education in a long time.

In Tamil Nadu most of the Brahmins are in middle class or lower....TB's have stopped taking help from Government...They are mostly dependent on private sector...In IIT Madras it is the OBC who is ruling the roost...TB students are now less than 5% in IIT M ...From a regional perspective 40% to 50% are Telugus which is largest contingent
