Upanayanam

Namaskaram..my son turn 17 this year and not able to doing upanayanam..as we are Malaysian I dont know how and where to do..my grandfather and my dad only had upanayanam and i dont get it because my dad passed away when i'm child but i want to really follow my family tradition ..any help ..may I know how to done this and where should I ..any Malaysians here to gives any idea?
