Time of Birth for Casting Birth Horoscope; Why in many cases Horoscope reading is not accurate ?
Horoscope reading may not be accurate due to
Coming to Location, When asked by an Astrologer, we say, the City in which we were born..
Is that enough.?
So naturally, While casting the Horoscope, the whole City is taken into account although one was born in a Particular Hospital, or in a Particular House ..
Coming to the time of Birth. There might be errors in noting down the time of Birth, Even Seconds, Minutes..matters..
Then again the question comes , is the time the baby comes out of Mother's Womb fully or its head comes out first, or in some breach cases leg comes out first. Et etc
Again when does the baby touch the ground , does that really a Matter ?
Only Vedic Astrologers can through some light on this Subject.
