Think or sink!

Domestic flights can be more tiring than the International ones!!! :plane:

THE LATE NIGHT FLIGHT keeps one high stung throughout the day. :clock:

The flight gets further delayed for visible reasons and

we reach the destination in the early fours of the next day.

But the time we hit the sack it is 2 A.M local time!!

The whole of next day we live in a Zombie land.

So two full days get wasted in a flight of duraton 2+ hours!!! :(
 
My younger son who calls himself high-tech-farmer and
his creative wife converted their house into a bakery.

Doughnuts, banana breads, smiley pizzas, potato buns and choc-pops
were mass produced to their high professional standards....

to be sent to their little nephew Varun and JUJU niece whose parents
know to bake but are too busy to make/ bake these yummy goodies at home.

Some people love to cook and give it to all the others.

They are the innovative artists in the kitchen room. :thumb:

Some people love to eat what the others give them.

They are the connoisseurs in the dining room! :hungry:

I can't help intervening! This is the most inappropriate post when the OP has

just landed in the U S of A to have wonderful time with her sons and families. :nono:

It is a bad habit of many tambrams to use 'nee' / 'ungaLukku' at random. :blah:

They will complain to us about some Mr/ Mrs X addressing 'nee' and finish with a punch, 'nee nallA iruppiyA?' :wacko:

Once, my B I L was clarifying a doubt with a doctor very dear to me. He told the symptoms of a patient and
ended with a doubt, 'appadeennA cancer thAnE ungaLukku?' (!!! ) :faint:

From what I can figure out he is NOT being sarcastic or wishing ill in his post. I have read that statistics before.

I think we have misunderstood his post.

Have you guys seen the Quotable Quotes Thread where Mr Narasimhan writes?

He just shares information..thats all. We need to take time to read posts written by a member to be able to figure out what his/her mind is like.


He shares whatever information he gets which he feels is relevant to the topic may be in this case it was just the wrong post at the wrong time but surely with no bad intent.

I am pretty sure in no way he is wishing bad for anyone.

Please do not get moderator involved in this.

Let Mr Narasimhan come online and lets hear his view.

Dear all,

Please read what he wrote again.

All he is saying that an airplane flight is relatively safer that being on a road!

He gives statistics that one stands a higher chance of dying in a car accident or being stung by bees...further more this is the Think or Sink thread where everyone shares information..so there is no post directed to anyone here.Dont misunderstand.

So what is the problem?

RR ji..in English to denote 2nd person singular we use the word YOU.

For goodness sake its just grammar yaar.


Even in medical articles we have the word You used when its used to address lay men.

Starting off with words like 'You are most likely to be affected by this or that if a family member has been afflicted by this or that"

So I feel Mr Narasimhan has not done anything wrong.

So lets wait for him to come.


I hope this matter can be dropped otherwise it might just prove that we female members jumped the gun!

You are right. PSN Sir’s post is not an intended one IMO. As you said, may be just a wrong post at a wrong time.
