Think or sink!

As per "Krishnavatara" of K M Munshi, krishna marries radha, despite objections from his parents and radha's elder status. But she refuses to leave vrundavan when krishna moves out. She is our and andal's nappinnai.

Nappinnai was not an uncommon name some decades ago.

Radha never married Krishna.
They were just lovers and represented the eternal affection
of the jeevaatma for the parmaaatma.
But more often than not it is the Radha Maadhava Kalyanam
that is being performed the Rukmini kalyanam!
WHY???

Thank you for revealing that Krishna was the trendsetter

to all men marrying girls older than them! :)

Nappinnai is a very sweet name.

I love this Thiruppavai set in the most fascinating

Senchurutti raagam and sung in madhyama srtuthi.

I fail to understand why there is so much fuss made on

just a pair of ordinary glands in the body -

two among so many!!!

Skinny is passé. Curvy is in. And these voluptuous ladies

know how to strut their hot bodies in style

Thinking back I discovered what made the oojnavruththi a pleasant thing to watch.

Grey haired men were swaying to the music in gentle movements.

The main mama did graceful neck movements as the dancers do.

It is crudely called as kazhuththai vettaRathu! :scared:

Sivaji Ganesan was very popular in doing that whenever and wherever possible. :)

And I had completely forgotten to tell you about Mamata and Trisha, who we met during the train

journey. They were well dressed and had put on the latest popular shade of lipstick. They had tied up

the hair neatly. Only when they spoke we heard a man's voice from a female body. They were two

thirunangaigal. My very generous elder sister gave them a huge gift and they kept thanking us again

and again. Trisha was younger and more beautiful but Mamata was smarter and more confident!

AND thy knew how to make themselves even more attractive by using the popular stars' names!

I am expected to answer every question with either yes or no!

A little common sense would make it clear that all questions can not be answered thus.

Otherwise why would the languages have evolved to include so many words???

"WHAT do you know actually?"

This question has been put to me by different persons in different tones!

I just laugh within myself since it is they who know

nothing about me or what I know and what I don't! :becky:
