When mum was a teen in school she was school champion for 100 meters running and high jump...her father used to be so mad with her cos he was orthodox and did not want his daughter to be active in sports but she still went ahead.
When I was teen in school as a teen I was state champion for 100 meters running and high jump.So I managed more...but did not want to proceed more cos I wanted to study.
My father was a district level football goal keeper in his teens but my 2 brothers are hopeless in sports!
So only I inherited the sports gene in my family.
