This post might be controvertial for people who do not understand my point of view.
I am initiated into Sadhguru's yoga but I keep him and his advice separate from his Yogic practices. I definitely not a blind follower of him, as he says as well to his followers too.
Krish Ashok is an Indian author, columnist, software engineer, and content creator widely recognized for demystifying the food science behind traditional Indian cooking. He is best known as the author of the bestselling book, Masala Lab: The Science of Indian Cooking, published by Penguin Random House. Through his popular Instagram account @_masalalab and YouTube videos, he uses logic, chemistry, and history to debunk common culinary myths and change how people view Indian food.
As long as this video ended up becoming, it took even longer to write it because I was very clear that I wanted to thread a needle between respecting a large number of people's spiritual moorings and the need to think scientifically about food.
