Six steps to reestablish positivity among brahmins

Let us limit ourselves to Brahmins from Kerala,TN, karnataka only. We don't know the mentality of say UP or Bengali brahmins, or whether they are too smart and will chew up and spit out like Telugu Brahmins.
1) start education institutions of higher education for Brahmins only.(Linguistic/religious minority tag.) eg St John's Medical College, 100% Christian students, only one seat for general merit, and that is also filled by a Roman Catholic Christian. There are hundreds of precedents and examples the educational institution must shamelessly admit only Brahmins.
2) a corpus trust for providing educational loans to all Brahmins admitted, of course repayable
3) top notch schools with Max preference for Brahmins, irrespective of parents status. Above fund can pay for fees. (edu loan basis, payable after child starts earning. Does sun TV employ any Brahmins, NO, but the rules are implied and not codified.
3) all Brahmin companies must employ max no of brahmins.have guts. Push an agenda.
4) a Brahmin must respect another Brahmin, irrespective of current
social/economic status.
5) Brahmins moving from place to place for education /job etc, must be provided all possible help including transit accommodation by local Brahmin groups.
6) successful entrepreneur, managers, teachers, doctors, engineers must take time out to guide/mentor youngsters in their career growth.

Any Brahmin who has received such a Legup early in life will definitely repay his debts, many times over.

(given my interaction with Brahmins in high places, this seems impossible and very utopian, but what the hell, let us give it a shot)

I only know one country which has such rules.
It's ruled by "jijnaasus"( seekers)

As far as possible differences should not be magnified. Yes Brahmins are not favoured. The best thing to do is to correct the mindset of all including the Brahmins. Right will automatically follow without effort or enforcements.

It is the tallest of tasks but it is time to bite the bullet.
