Should India abolish Death Sentence?

In certain rarest of the rare cases like terrorism acts, espionage etc., death penalty should stay. Also acts of rape and murder of minors also requires death penalty. If death penalty is abolished such crimes will be on the increase and it will be hard to manage the situation by the state police force. With honor killing, hired killing, political killing being the order of the day in this country, death penalty stands as the only form deterrence to all those hooligans in this society.

The Ranga Billa Kidnapping Case was a notorious crime in New Delhi in 1978
The children were reported missing on 26 August 1978 and their bodies discovered on 29 August 1978. The entire nation was grieving for the innocent children in those years

In 1978, the Indian Council for Child Welfare instituted two bravery awards for children under the age of 16, the Sanjay Chopra Award and the Geeta Chopra Award, given each year along with the National Bravery Award.

The rarest of rare cases like 2012 Delhi gang Rape case, Geetha, Sanjay Chopra Case of 1978,Coimbatore Kidnap , rape and murder of children cases, Dharmapuri Bus burning case in which s young girls were burned to death, the culprits surely deserve death penalty.

There are many more such heinous murder cases happened and also happening throughout our country, because the law of Justice takes very long time to give punishment to the culprits.

Terrorists belong to no religion, no conscience, they kill innocents, and they deserve death penalty

Those who are voting for death penalty in India are forgetting the Trauma and grief experience by not only the victim but also the friends/ relatives, the community and some cases, the entire nation.

Capital punishment is not an act we wish to place on a single soul, but it is the best way to keep the killer out of society and prevent any further murders.

We need to understand that the best way to prevent any possible murders in the future is not let the killer walk free.

In my point of view death penalty should not be abolished in India for rarest of the rare heinous crimes.
