Sankatahara Chaturthi question

Hello,
I have some problems in definition of Sankatahara Chaturthi date this year.
In my location ( not in India) I have two (!) moonrises in one chaturthi.
First - 20 December, Krishna Tritiya till 18:50. After that Krishna Chaturthi. Moon Rise - 19:07:51
Second - 21 December, Krishna Chaturthi till 21:22. Moon Rise - 20:07:40
So, I have got confused and ask your help to define in what day fasting and to do puja.

fasting and puja must be done on thrithiyai thithi on 20th december.
