Meet Sneha Dubey, a 2012 batch IFS officer and Junior Diplomat, who gave a befitting reply to Pakistan PM Imran Khan at the UN. She was earlier India's third secretary at the embassy in Madrid.

Sneha Dubey, India's first Secretary, gave a fiery and befitting reply to Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan on his comments about India. Earlier, India had denounced Pakistan as a patron of terrorism and a suppressor of minorities in reply to which Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan ranted against India.



“This is the country that is an arsonist disguising itself as a firefighter. Pakistan nurtures terrorists in their backyard in the hope that they will only harm their neighbours. Our region and the entire world, has suffered because of their policies. On the other hand, they are trying to cover up sectarian violence in their country as an act of terrorism"” said Sneha Dubey

Who is Sneha Dubey?​

Sneha Dubey is a 2012 batch IFS officer who brought the real face of Pakistan in front of the whole world. She cleared UPSC on the first attempt. After becoming IFS, she got appointed to the Ministry of External Affairs. In 2014, She became India's third secretary at the embassy in Madrid. At present, she is the first Secretary of India In the United Nations Assembly. Sneha has done MA and MPhil from JNU. She completed her early education in Goa and later graduated from Fergusson College, Pune. She is the first Civil service officer in her family.

She has done great job. But similar befitting replies are needed in future also as Pakistan will never admit their indulgence and give up anti-India posture. US under Biden
leaning towards India over Pakistan after regime change in Afghanistan will further aggravate their fury against India.
