Query on Avani Avittam in Singapore - 2007

On the day of Aavani avittam this year, there will be lunar eclipse visible in Singapore. It starts around 3pm and ends after 7pm+. So it is not auspicious to do in Aavani, so may have to wait till Ippasi.

Any feedback on this??

Prior Performance

My Sastrigal says it may be performed before, not after. Avani Avittam is in end August this year, so you may not need to worry about the eclipse.
Incidentally, what is the wording of the Mahasankalpam outside Bharatvarsha?
